Hi

I love to eat pan poles and i am planning to try it out. You have mentioned that 3 cups of water, and then said that u have to grind it in 2 cups - so a little confused.
I liked the picture too.
What pan did u use to make ? Iron cast or the regular non-stick one ?
thanks in advance

Jasmine

Hi jasmine, That was typing error. Use 3 cups of water. I have used the regular tefal frying pan to make the panpoley. Try it and let me know if it turned out good.
